Olive Street Design is proud to launch a new website for our good friend, Duce Raymond, of Duce’s Wild.  Duce Raymond grew up in and around the barbecue industry. Inspired by his family’s success and passion for barbecue, Duce has developed his sauce recipes from his education in culinary school, his career as the executive chef for Sweet Baby Ray’s Catering, and 10 years of barbecue competition. His products represent his passion for barbecue and his dedication to quality and excellence.

In the last 10 years, as the leader of the Duce’s Wild Competition BBQ Team, Duce has won over 70 local, regional and national awards.  His specialties include Southern and Central American cuisine and, of course, barbecue– which he has perfected at such recognized events and venues as the Taste of Chicago, the Naperville Ribfest, and the Wrigley Field (home of the Chicago Cubs) rooftops.  You can purchase differences glazes, sauces and rubs on the website and you can also check out upcoming classes.
