Micro Plating Inc apply high precision electroless nickel plating, composite nickel coatings and boron nitride, for industrial applications requiring corrosion protection, high hardness, wear resistance, uniform thickness, and increased dry lubricity on parts from ounces to 300-lbs. Typical substrates plated include carbon steel, stainless steel, copper alloys and aluminum alloys. Typical thicknesses range from .0001″- 3″ thick for mild corrosion protection up to .0035″ thick for maximum corrosion protection in harsh environments or part salvage.

At Micro Plating, the office is run with one thing in mind – THE CUSTOMER. Without customers our company is non-existent. Our office personnel are here to assist customers and will do what it takes to satisfy them. Our accounting is computerized with a state-of-the-art software program produced specifically for the plating industry, but our staff is always ready to go beyond the computer capabilities when a customer has special needs or requests.
