Olive Street Design Goes to the Chicago Cubs Game!

September 2nd, 2015

Chicago, IL Wrigleyville

Olive Street Design had a great time at the Chicago Cubs game last night thanks to the members of the Chicago Cubs staff, who made the experience unforgettable. James and Nat Rosasco from Olive Street Design thank the Cub’s staff: Andy Blackburn, Evans Adonis and Diego Chahda for taking us through the Clubhouse and showing us the new blueprints for the Cubs expansion for 2016.

It was amazing to see the plans for the new build out of the Clark and Addison area– making the area an epicenter of the city for sports and entertainment. We were impressed by the courteousness and friendliness of the staff-and the delicious hot dogs and mac and cheese provided. By the way, Wrigley Field has the best hot dogs!

One of the highlights of the night was when Nat Rosasco spotted Bill Madlock and was able to get a picture with him. Bill “Mad Dog” Madlock is one of the greatest Cubs in history, who won 4 National League batting titles and an All Star MVP award in 1975. Later on, he came back into the suite and gave us each a signed baseball which was very special.

The final touch to a great evening was that the Chicago Cubs came back to defeat the Cincinnati Reds in a dramatic fashion. It sure looks like they will make the playoffs this year and would be great to see them go far this year.

Anyone thinking World Series? Sorry, but we are excited about this club.

Thank you Evans Adonis, Andy Blackburn and Diego Chadha for inviting us for this great night out.
